STEVENT LAI

Founder and Director (Australia)

Stevent was born in Indonesia and moved to Australia in his late teens. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Accounting from Charles Sturt University. While pursuing his degree, Stevent gained hands-on practical experience as an Assistant Tax Accountant at CA Firm. After completing his studies, he launched his career as a SMSF accountant with one of Australia’s top 15 accounting firms. Overtime, Stevent developed his expertise in SMSF audits, business services, and fringe benefits tax (FBT).

The pandemic reshaped workplace dynamics, revealing significant challenges in employee retention for Australian accounting firms. Recognising the supply of a talent pool of skilled Indonesian professionals, Stevent identified an opportunity to address these issues. He is now dedicated to helping Australian businesses enhance their operations by leveraging global talent effectively.

Beyond his professional career, Stevent volunteers as the Director of Finance and Risk Management at Epilepsy Tasmania, using his expertise to contribute a meaningful impact in the community.

JENNIFER IRWANTO

Operations Manager (Jakarta)

Jennifer was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. Like Stevent, she graduated from Charles Sturt University, with Distinction in her
Accounting Major.

She worked in Sydney as a Business Services Accountant for 4 years before returning to Jakarta. As Internal Auditor for an IT company specialising in payment solutions, she played a key role on the ISO implementation team.

This included maintaining global ISO 9001 certification as well as helping the company achieve its first ISO 27001 certification, covering information security.
